Information and hospitality desks are manned at major hotels and resorts throughout Fiji from Nadi, along the Coral Coast and in the capital city, Suva.
Well-trained and knowledgeable personnel assist with visitors’ special requests, reconfirmation of flights and the organization of sightseeing, transfers and car rentals. Our Nadi Airport desk operates on a 24 hour basis and ensures friendly and efficient welcome services, has support services from porters, reconfirms transfers and handles requested itinerary adjustments.
All our tour desks have the most up-to-date product information on major resorts, small hotels, boutique island accommodation, inter-island flights and boat transfers and specifics on all of the tours and activities available to visitors. A JCB travel desk consultant is located at the Nadi Airport Office and we are Fiji’s representative for Europ Assistance, a worldwide medical insurance evacuation service.
