Information and hospitality desks are manned at major hotels and resorts throughout Fiji from Nadi, along the Coral Coast and in the capital city, Suva.

Our Nadi Airport desk operates on a 24 hour basis and ensures friendly and efficient welcome services, has support services from porters, reconfirms transfers and handles requested itinerary adjustments.
All our tour desks have the most up-to-date product information on major resorts, small hotels, boutique island accommodation, inter-island flights and boat transfers and specifics on all of the tours and activities available to visitors. A JCB travel desk consultant is located at the Nadi Airport Office and we are Fiji’s representative for Europ Assistance, a worldwide medical insurance evacuation service.
