Meet and greet service - NZ$ 17.00 net per person
Amendment fee - NZ$ 15.00 net per file for any booking amended more than twice
French Polynesia (Euro)
Handling/Communication fee - Euro 17 net per person.
Meet & greet service - Euro 17 net per person.
Amendment fee - Euro 17 net per file for any booking amended more than twice.
Samoa (US Dollars USD$)
Handling/Communication fee - US $15.00 net per person
Meet and greet service - US $15.00 net per person
Amendment fee - US $15.00 net per file for any booking amended more than twice
Tonga (US Dollars USD$)

The relevant transfer rates for the South Pacific Island countries are also included. All rates are net and include the local Government tax. Validity is from 01 April 2010 to 31 March 2011 with the exception of French Polynesia where rates are valid from 01 January to 31 December, 2010 only.
