We charge a per person handling fee for all bookings to cover communication, administration, documentation and meet and greet services at Nadi Airport. Your guests will be welcomed by our friendly, professional staff, who will garland them with complimentary shell lei, brief them in our air-conditioned lounge, hand over all relevant documentation and introduce them to their transfer driver as well as reconfirming their onward flights.

Floral Lei Greeting
This is optional at extra cost of F$8.00 net per person.
Mineral Water
This service is available at F$3.00 per chilled 500ml bottle.
VIP Welcome Kit
This services features a 500ml chilled bottle of Fiji Water and a cold towel. The cost for this VIP service is F$10.00 net per person.
Fiji Deluxe Arrival Services
You will be met and welcomed with a floral lei by an "ats Pacific" representative, who will provide you with your relevant holiday documentation, a 500ml chilled bottle Diamond Aqua Water, cold refreshing towel and escort you to your waiting transfer vehicle. The cost for this Deluxe service is F$30.00 net per person.

Tui Tai Adventure Cruise:
Tui Tai offers a five as well as a seven night adventure cruise departing from Savusavu and Taveuni respectively. The rates, schedules, conditions and other relevant information are uploaded to our website under "Product Information". Rates appear in the online tariff under cruises.
Awesome Adventures
We are including details of this product which is geared towards “Backpackers” and “alternative travelers”, offering them the chance to explore the Yasawa island group. Accommodation is basic and the resorts, which are operated by the local villagers, offer the choice of dormitory or share twin/double accommodation.
Domestic Air Transfers
Attached are rates for Pacific Sun, Pacific Island Seaplane and Island Hoppers (Helicopter services). Rates are in Fiji dollars. Please note air transfer rates are current at time of printing and therefore subject to change without notice.
Weight Restrictions
It is Vital that you check the current weight restrictions for all domestic flights, seaplane and helicopter transfers, and advise your clients accordingly.
Transportation and Sightseeing Tours
We have our own fleet of air-conditioned vehicles ranging from luxury private cars, mini vans through to 44 seater coaches. We are also pleased to advise that we now have 6 Deluxe Scania 50 + seater coaches featuring hydraulic positioning, seatbelts. Our sightseeing tours are operated on both regular and private basis. Please refer to the attached rates.
Rental Cars
We use Avis and Budget Rental cars. Net rates are attached and include unlimited kilometers and Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) or Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance. Please also note the other optional and miscellaneous charges and delivery/pickup fees.
Island Resort Transfers/Day Cruises/24 Hours Water Taxi Transfers
These are attached along with their schedules. Schedules and fares are subject to change depending on the demand and fuel price increases.
Public Holidays & School Terms
Included for your information is a list of Fiji’s Public Holidays and School terms for 2010. Please note that staff are rostered to work between 0830 – 1230hrs during these Public Holidays to attend to urgent business only.
Value Added Tax (VAT) / Hotel Turn Over Tax / Currency / Validity
All rates quoted are net in Fiji dollars unless specified and include the local Government value added tax currently 12.5% and a Hotel turnover Tax of 5% with validity from 01 April 2010 to 31 March 2011 unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to review the rates should there be changes brought about by the increase in government tax, fuel prices and currency devaluation or other factors beyond our control.
Fuel Surcharges
Fuel Surcharges are becoming common for air and sea transport operators, along with small remote properties. Most surcharges are included in the rates, however Blue Lagoon Cruises and Awesome Adventures Fiji have a surcharge which has to be paid directly by the guests upon check-in prior to departure.
